As founder of Worldwide Interactive Services, Inc., John has been actively involved in all aspects of the company's operations since its inception. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, John’s career began with an international data processing firm shortly after graduating from Florida State University. He is heavily involved with application design, user functionality and is constantly searching for innovative ways to keep our clients ahead of their competitors. |
For the last 8 years, Roger has held the position of Service Bureau Director. In charge of both the IT/Operations and Application Development departments, Roger ensures near 100% uptime of all services. In addition, he establishes corporate development standards for all products and services. A graduate of William Carey, Roger’s career began in the financial industry as a member of the IT department of Union Planters Bank, Hattiesburg, MS. |
As the Client Services Director, Andrea oversees all internal & external projects. In addition, she manages the Client Support Center staff, ensuring the best technical support experience possible. Andrea also serves as User Advisory Board and Annual Users Conference chair. Graduating from University of Phoenix, Andrea has worked in the financial arena since 1999. She previously worked at the corporate level for the nation's largest retail financial institution and an international data processing firm. |
